Darganfod cyfeillgarwch drwy gelf

“Rwyf mor ddiolchgar bod y grŵp hwn yn bodoli ac rwy’n gwybod bod aelodau anabl eraill hefyd wrth eu bodd â’r cyfarfodydd, o’r rhai sydd ag awtistiaeth i’r rhai sydd ag M.E.”

Mae Celf Able yn grŵp sy’n dod ag unigolion sydd ag anableddau ac artistiaid sydd ag anableddau ynghyd i rannu a dysgu oddi wrth ei gilydd. Cafodd y grŵp grant o £942 i gynnal dwy sesiwn celf y mis ar gyfer grŵp o bobl ag amrywiaeth o anableddau.

Mae’r prosiect wedi helpu gyda’r gwaith o fynd i’r afael â’r ynysu a’r allgáu y mae rhai pobl sydd ag anableddau yn eu hwynebu ac yn galluogi unigolion i gymryd rhan mewn celf therapiwtig. Roedd gan y cyfranogwyr gyfle i roi cynnig ar gyfryngau celf gwahanol er mwyn sicrhau bod pawb yn dod o hyd i rywbeth roeddent yn ei fwynhau.

Roedd y grŵp yn darparu lle i bobl sydd ag anableddau greu celf, cymdeithasu a rhannu cymorth a chyngor gyda chymheiriaid.

Nododd y bobl a oedd yn mynychu’r grwpiau hyn fod canolbwyntio ar gelf wedi’u helpu i ymlacio a’u bod yn gallu mynegi eu hunain mewn amgylchedd cefnogol. Roedd hefyd wedi’u helpu i ddatblygu cydberthnasau ag aelodau eraill o’r grŵp.

When people think about philanthropy, it’s often the large-scale donations and major fundraising campaigns that come to mind. But relatively small amounts of funding can also have a transformative impact on someone’s future.
