Community Foundation Wales builds on that tradition. We work with donors to support the local communities they care about, making sure giving has the greatest possible impact.
We work with individuals, families, businesses, charitable trusts and professional advisers, helping them shape philanthropy around the places and causes that matter most to them. At the same time, we help grassroots organisations, individuals and young entrepreneurs access vital funding through our grants programme.
