Spotlight brings women together to talk personal finance

Recently, we hosted another Spotlight networking event, this time at the NatWest Accelerator Hub in Cardiff.

Spotlight is our women-led networking initiative, bringing together women from a wide range of sectors and professions to connect, share experiences and discuss topics that matter to them.

Our latest session focused on personal finance for women, with discussions covering pensions, investing and the gender pay gap. The conversation highlighted some of the unique financial challenges women can face throughout their lives, while providing practical insights and ideas to help attendees make informed decisions about their financial futures.

The day brought together women working across sectors including law, finance, education, charities and business, creating space for meaningful conversations, new connections and shared learning.

We’re grateful to NatWest for hosting the event at their Accelerator Hub and to Charlene Lock for leading such an engaging and informative session.

One of the things that makes Spotlight special is the opportunity to learn from one another. Whether attendees were joining for the first time or returning to reconnect with the network, the event provided a welcoming environment to exchange ideas, build relationships and gain new perspectives.

Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the discussion. We look forward to welcoming both familiar and new faces to future Spotlight events.
