At Community Foundation Wales, we turn philanthropy into impact across Wales.

We’re a trusted bridge between people who want to give and the communities they care about. Our work builds on generations of giving in Wales, using our expertise in community philanthropy to direct funding where it can make the biggest difference.

We’re a values-led organisation, and those values shape how we work every day – from how we support each other to how we build relationships with donors, partners and communities.

Whether you’re joining us as a colleague or volunteering your time, you’ll be part of a small, supportive team that cares deeply about making a difference.

In return, we offer a flexible working environment with a strong focus on wellbeing, development and balance.
