Helping others through music

The Wales in London Philanthropic Bursary helped Gwen Evans turn her passion for music into a career helping others. In 2016, she left Wales to study for a Master’s in Music Therapy at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. There, she gained skills and confidence, working with diverse groups and exploring how music can heal and connect.

Dion Lloyd, from Porthmadog, North Wales, grew up in a musical family and trained in performing arts at Trinity Saint David and The Royal Central School of Speech & Drama, supported by the Wales in London Philanthropic Fund.
