Closing date: 11th October 2021
We are looking for a talented part-time Grants Officer to join our fantastic team – and to help us continue to grow so we can change more lives across Wales.
This post is the perfect fit for someone who wants to make a difference for people in Wales. It’s a great opportunity for someone seeking flexibility through work-life balance and who can themselves be flexible.
We have a strong focus on our team and development of personal and work skills. There are plenty of opportunities to learn, and to meet interesting people doing some great things across Wales, as well as working closely with our board members. We provide all training required to successfully deliver the role and you will be surrounded by a fully experienced and supportive team and manager.
We also care about our employee’s wellbeing and offer an Employee Assistance service where counselling and psychological wellbeing support 24/7, 365 days a year is available to you should you need it. Other benefits include a cycle to work scheme, subsidised gym membership in Cardiff and weekly mindfulness and yoga sessions.
We are committed in promoting equality and diversity in our workforce and employment practices and take reasonable steps not to unfairly discriminate in any way in our recruitment practices. We therefore encourage you to apply regardless of your socio-economic background, ethnicity, sexual preference, gender or physical disability.
The location of the role is flexible with homeworking where possible and you will need to attend meetings and team days at our Cardiff office regularly.
The deadline for submitting your application form is 12 pm on Monday the 11th of October.
Interviews will take place on Tuesday the 19th of October
Please make sure you are available on this date before applying. Due to the ongoing concerns about COVID-19, all applicants will be given a choice of attending an interview at our office in Cardiff or via a video call.
