Gaenor Howells

Originally from Ponterwyd, I have lived and worked in London for many years. Since leaving the BBC World Service where I was a news presenter, I now offer communications and presentation advice to corporate clients.

I first became involved with Community Foundation Wales when setting up the Wales in London Philanthropic Fund and worked closely with the team in Cardiff during Community Foundation Wales’s charity partnership with the St David Day Celebration in London.

Having recently joined Community Foundation Wales as a Trustee, I am looking forward to working with my fellow Board members on the Forward Planning and Development committee. As Chair of the newly- formed London Supporters’ Network, my aim is to encourage discussions on recognising and providing opportunities for Community Foundation Wales.
