Harriet Brewster

Grants Officer

Harriet Brewster

My background

During the Covid19 lockdowns, I had the opportunity to support the Grants team in processing applications. The experience was very positive and I have now become a Grants Officer.

After completing my Master’s Degree I worked within the HE sector and travelled the world. I was a trustee for the Welsh Scout Association, having previously been involved in projects run by or in association with Canllaw Online.

What I do

Organisations and individuals can apply for grants, and I’ll be involved in supporting them through the process from application to the end of the project.

Ask me about...

Availability of Grants for projects, and individuals, as well as who and how to best meet the criteria and apply.

Why I love Wales

I grew up in North Wales, in the very privileged position of witnessing and being part of a culture which aimed to benefit young people.

I was advised by my Art Teacher to go to Swansea for University, on the 5 hour journey between North and South, via car, train and bus I have probably intentionally, or accidentally been through most Welsh Villages. Wales is home.
