Sloman Family Fund for Ely

“Two things which are a particular pleasure: one is to find that you could have a Named Fund – the Sloman Family Fund, and secondly that it could concentrate on Ely in Cardiff. Both of those made quite a difference to me in terms of giving – a Named Fund for a small area. The sum involved isn’t all that dramatic now… but with more to come in. Community Foundation Wales looks after the grants and will often add to the interest to leverage the grant more efficiently. It’s exactly the arrangement that suits me, thank you very much.”
